English abbr.:GWEA. It is a non-profitable charitable organization, jointly established by Lady Amy, founder and CEO of ANG Group and famous global women entrepreneurs in Australia, and voluntarily participated by enterprising women worldwide.

Alliance Structure

Council



The alliance sets council whose member is consisted of alliance members. There is one board chairman and one vice standing chairman, The alliance can employ noted public figure and field elites as invited director if necessary.

(i) To make and revise alliance chapter and internal system;

(ii) To review and determine alliance’s working plan;

(iii) To approve participation of new member;

(iv) To lead secreariat to organize and conduct activities;

(v) To decide alliance’s other major events.

Secreariat



There is secreariat affiliated in the alliance: secreariat is alliance’s executive institution and liaison institution. There is one general secretary, several vice secretaries, several staffs. General secretary and vice secretaries are undertaken by alliance’s vice standing chairman.

(i) To execute Council’s resolution;

(ii) To prepare and convene council meeting;

(iii) To implement alliance’s annual working plan;

(iv) To be responsible for alliance’s daily liaison, words and archival, etc;

(v) To carry out Council’s other tasks.
Alliance Member’s Rights and Obligations
(i) To promise and abide by local laws and alliance’s various stipulations and operation procedure, execute council’s resolution and decisions, safeguard alliance’s legitimate rights;

(ii) To positively cooperate with alliance’s works, participate in activities and promote exchanges.

(iii) To voluntarily safeguard alliance’s reputation when doing business in name of the alliance.

(iv) To create opportunity of VIP gathering and provide conditions for gathering.

(v) To observe the communication principle of mutual respect, honest and integrity and able to proffer interactive charitable services for alliance and other VIPs relying on experience and knowledge.

(vi) To voluntary join and withdraw from alliance;

(vii) Other rights confirming to alliance’s chapter stipulations.
Alliance's Joining Condition and Procedure

Initiation conditions



The VIP who applies to join in the alliance must possess with following conditions:

1. To espouse GWEA’s chapter;

2. Global female entrepreneur or enterpriser who is willing to join GWEA.

3. To provide copy of industrial and commercial business license or relevant certificates.

4. To submit initiation application, pay VIP charges of AUD 200 per year. Voluntary initiation and free withdrawal.

5. The initiation should be approved by Secreariat.

6. GWEA’s daily operational expenses are undertaken by various VIPs and initiated member should pay franchise fee of AUD 200 per year.

Initiation procedure





1. To submit initiation requisition;

2. To be discussed and approved by council;

3. To pay initiation fees on time;

4. VIP certificate is issued by institution authorized by alliance or council.

5. The alliance council is responsible for explaining the chapter.
